Welcome to KartBox. By accessing or purchasing from our website (kartbox.in), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Indian laws. Any misuse, attempt to disrupt the website, or unauthorized access to accounts or servers is strictly prohibited.

Product Information
KartBox sells ready-made wall art and décor products. We aim to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices. However, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.

We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.

Payments must be completed at checkout using secure methods such as UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or supported wallets. We do not store your payment details.

KartBox reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any paid amount will be refunded.

Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across India using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time:
• Metro cities: 3–7 business days
• Other locations: up to 10–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If a product arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been shipped. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged during transit
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect

To request a return or replacement, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and photo proof.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method after inspection.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Minor color differences due to screen display
• Damage caused after delivery
• Incorrect address provided by the customer

Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, images, product photos, text, and design elements belong to KartBox and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

User Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during orders is used only for order processing, communication, and service improvement. We do not sell or share your personal data with unrelated third parties.

Limitation of Liability
KartBox shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or products beyond the value of the purchased item.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or service failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
