Due to product finishing, quality checks, and protective packaging, orders are dispatched within 4–5 working days after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Other locations: 3–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service, location, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
