At KartBox, all wall art products are carefully inspected, securely packed, and many are custom-prepared before dispatch. Due to the fragile and made-to-order nature of our products, returns are accepted only under strictly verified conditions.

By placing an order, you agree fully to the policy below.


1. Eligible Return Window – 15 Days ONLY

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days from delivery date.

Requests after 15 days will be automatically rejected without exception.


2. Accepted Return Reasons (ONLY THESE)

Returns/replacement/refund will be considered ONLY if:

• Wrong item delivered (different from order)
• Product physically broken during shipping
• Severe manufacturing defect affecting usability

KartBox does NOT accept returns for any other reason.


3. Mandatory Continuous Unboxing Video (NO VIDEO = NO CLAIM)

A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is COMPULSORY for:

• Damage claims
• Wrong item claims
• Missing item claims

Video requirements:

• Must start BEFORE opening the sealed package
• Must clearly show shipping label and package condition
• Must show full opening process without pause/cuts/editing
• Must clearly display the issue

If the video is:

• Missing
• Edited
• Blurry
• Recorded after opening
• Incomplete

👉 Claim will be rejected permanently. No exceptions.


4. Non-Returnable Situations (STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED)

KartBox will NOT accept returns/refunds for:

• Change of mind / no longer needed
• Wrong size/design chosen by customer
• Color difference due to screen/mobile display
• Minor print variation within industry tolerance
• Delay caused by courier or weather
• Damage reported after installation/use
• Damage caused by improper handling by customer
• Missing original packaging or protective materials
• Used, mounted, or tampered product
• Requests without proof/video/photos
• Requests after 15-day window

All custom or made-to-order items are final sale once production begins.


5. Packaging Condition Requirement

Approved returns must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• With original box + foam + protective wrap
• Safely repacked for return shipping

If product reaches us:

• Broken due to poor repacking
• Without packaging
• Showing usage

👉 Refund/replacement will be denied.


6. Inspection & Approval Process

All returns go through mandatory inspection.

KartBox reserves the right to:

• Reject suspicious claims
• Request additional proof
• Offer replacement instead of refund
• Deduct charges if product condition differs

Decision after inspection is final and binding.


7. Refund Timeline – Up To 10 Business Days

If approved:

• Refund processed within 10 business days after inspection
• Sent ONLY to original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• COD handling/processing charges may be deducted


8. Dispatch & Custom Preparation Notice

Because products require:

• Custom preparation
• Quality checking
• Protective packaging

👉 Dispatch may take 4–5 working days

Delivery times shown on website are estimates, not guarantees.


9. Fraud Protection Clause

KartBox actively monitors:

• Repeated claims
• Suspicious damage reports
• Edited videos/photos
• Intentional misuse

Fraudulent attempts may result in:

• Permanent account blocking
• Order cancellation without refund
• Legal action where applicable


10. How To Request Return

Within 15 days, send:

• Order ID
• Continuous unboxing video
• Photos of issue
• Brief explanation
