7. Returns & Replacements

Ready-made products may be returned within 1 day of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if:

• It is free from customer-caused damage.

Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

Approved requests may receive a replacement or refund at KartBox.in’s discretion.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
